I have checked my Velocity Frequent Flyer account and haven’t received my Velocity Points, what do I do?

You will receive your Velocity Points in your account within 2 business days of completing the relevant earn activity (or a longer time period specified in the terms and conditions for a particular offer).

If you have not received your Velocity Points, please contact Velocity Membership Centre for assistance on 13 18 75 with the following:
- Velocity Membership Number
- Member First Name
- Member Last Name
- bundll transaction/payment date

Bundll and Velocity have partnered to allow bundll customers to earn Velocity Points when they use bundll.

To earn Points with bundll, you must: (1) download the bundll app; (2) register as a bundll account holder and be approved with bundll to use the App; and (3) link your current Velocity membership and bundll account during the registration process or via your bundll profile.

You may then be eligible to earn the following Points:
- 1,000 bonus Velocity Points when you download the bundll app; are approved and make a transaction*
- 1 Velocity Point for every $5 repaid to your bundll account from your bundll funding source*

Do you have an email from Velocity in your inbox? If so, you can find your membership details at the top of the email.
Otherwise, if you know the email address, First Name and Last Name registered on your Velocity account, and have set up your security question, you can recover your Velocity membership number via the Velocity website. Your Velocity membership number will then be emailed to the address registered on your Velocity account.
Alternatively call the Membership Contact Centre on 13 18 75 who can further assist you.

Yes! Simply link your Velocity membership to your bundll app by going to your “Profile” at any time, selecting “Velocity account”, inputting your valid Velocity membership number, first name and last name and pressing “Confirm”. 

To join Velocity for free simply fill out the join form at   https://join.velocityfrequentflyer.com/

You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time. Simply go to your profile settings within your bundll app, select "Velocity Account" and select “Remove this account”.

To view the Velocity Points you have earnt with bundll, login to My Velocity: https://experience.velocityfrequentflyer.com/my-velocity/activity and click the "My Activity" tab. Here you will see your latest Velocity transactions. You can also view your transactions via the Velocity App when you login and click "Latest account activity" on the Velocity App homepage.

You will no longer be able to earn Velocity Points on the bundll app. To remove your Velocity membership details from your bundll account, go to your profile settings within your bundll app, select "Velocity Account" and select “Remove this account”.
