Bundll is an app that lets you Buy now, Pay Later, everywhere. And we mean everywhere! Whether you’re shopping online, in the app or cruising your local mall, you get 2 weeks to repay with every tap of your bundll digital Mastercard. You can also Snooze your repayments for an extra 2 weeks or roll them up into a superbundll, which allows you to pay in 6 fortnightly instalments.

Once you’ve opened your bundll account and have added your bundll Mastercard to the digital wallet on your mobile phone, you can start shopping online and instore – at just about any location where contactless Mastercard is accepted.

When shopping instore, simply open the digital wallet on your mobile phone, swipe to reveal your bundll card and tap your phone to pay.

To shop with bundll online, use the ‘Card Reveal’ function inside the app. Here you’ll see your card number and expiry date, which you’ll need to enter at the online checkout.

Before you start to shop, you’ll be prompted to set a repay day. This will be the day of the week that your bundll payments will be due. Once you’ve done that, all the purchases made on your digital card during each week will be ‘bundlled’ into one simple repayment (set on your repay day). You’ll then have 14 days to repay that bundll. Each week a new bundll is created for you to start bundlling into.

Fees / Charges

There is no cost to create a bundll. You can use bundll every day instead of your debit or credit cards. This gives you 14 days to repay everything.

With bundll, you’ll be able to collect free snoozes by referring friends to bundll. These snoozes accumulate in your snooze pot. If you don’t have any free snoozes available, you can simply buy them for $5.00.

An establishment fee of $4.50 applies to each superbundll. This will be charged on the date you create a new superbundll or the date you extend an existing superbundll.

There is no interest for bundll.

If you want to superbundll there will be interest charged at an APR of 25% applied to your superbundll amount and split over your fortnightly repayments.

If you miss a repayment, you’ll get a 24-hour grace period before a $10 late fee is applied. During the grace period before the $10 late fee is applied, you have the option to either pay the full bundll amount, snooze, or superbundll.

If after the 24-hour grace period, you haven’t done any of these, you will be charged the $10 late fee. We will also attempt to direct debit the minimum bundll repayment of $20 from your funding source. If the direct debit is successful, the bundll amount will be reduced by $20 and the original payment date for the selected bundll will be extended by 14 days. Your account will then go back into good standing and you get an additional period to pay off the remaining bundll amount.

If the direct debit of the minimum bundll repayment is unsuccessful, your bundll account will be suspended, until you make a minimum bundll repayment, or pay off in full.

Yes. If after the grace period there are still any outstanding bundll and/or superbundll repayments, a $10 late fee will be applied to your funding source and your bundll account will be suspended, meaning you won’t be able to spend any further.

No. You can repay the outstanding amount at any time before the repayment due date of a bundll or superbundll, with no fee.

snooze offers you the opportunity to delay the repayment date for a bundll by an additional 14 days. You can either buy a snooze for a flat fee of $5.00 or be awarded a free snooze, from say, referring a friend. (See also ‘How can I earn free snoozes?’ below)

If you want to snooze, you’ll need to repay at least $20 to that bundll, which will be done automatically along with the $5.00 fee. Both these amounts will be immediately charged to your funding source so make sure you have $25.00 in available funds before you decide to snooze.

If you’re using a free snooze the $5.00 snooze fee will not be applicable but you’ll still have to make the $20 minimum bundll repayment, which will be charged to your funding source.

You can snooze each bundll as many times as you want. Just be aware that the minimum bundll repayment of $20 will apply every time so eventually you’ll have paid off your entire bundll and won’t need to snooze again!

Your snooze pot is where your free snoozes are stored in the app. You can see it on the bottom right of the home screen.

You can earn free snoozes every time you refer a friend and they set up an account with your referral code. You’ll receive one free snooze for you, and one for your friend each time. Go to the app and click on ‘bundll a buddy’ to get started.

Each time you snooze your bundll, you’ll need to pay off $20. This is a repayment and not a fee, so whenever you snooze a bundll, it will be reduced by $20.

superbundll is a 6 fortnight repayment plan to give you even more flexibility in repaying your bundlls. For example, if you have a $300 bundll that you need more time to repay, you can create a superbundll and pay it off in 6 fortnightly instalments of $50 plus interest of 25% APR. This means you will pay 6 instalments of $51.69.An establishment fee of $4.50 applies to each superbundll. This will be charged on the date you create the superbundll.

Yes. When a new bundll is added into an existing superbundll, the superbundll (including the interest charges) will automatically reset over another six fortnightly repayments. Just make sure you’ve made at least one repayment before adding additional bundlls.

An active bundll is when your bundll hasn’t closed yet e.g. if you started bundlling on Tuesday, and it’s now Thursday, your bundll still has 5 days (until next Tuesday) before it ‘closes’. Only closed bundlls can be added into a superbundll.

Repayments, funding sources and automatic repayments

When you set up bundll you will need to nominate the day of the week (excluding Saturday or Sunday) on which repayments will be due, as your ‘repay day.’ Your repay day will always be the same day of the week for bundlls, snoozed bundlls and superbundll repayments. Most bundll customers find it easier to match their bundll repay day with their pay day.

Yes, you can change your repay day but only once every three months.

That’s easy, the bundll app will always show you when bundlls are due, and give you all the details for the bundll, including the transactions and how to make a payment towards a due bundll.

Your repayments are due by 9:55am (Auckland time) on your nominated repay day. If you haven’t paid already by this time, we’ll automatically deduct whatever repayments you have due on that day from your funding source. If the deduction of the amount due is unsuccessful by 9.55am on the due date, we will again attempt to charge your funding source on the following day. If the first two attempts fail and you haven’t made a repayment yourself via the app, we will then attempt to charge your funding source a late fee of $10. Your account will also be suspended, meaning you won’t be able to use it until your account is back in good standing.

Yes of course you can! You can make a full or partial repayment of your bundll at any time. Some people like to chip away at their bundll repayments rather than waiting for the due date.

You can make an early repayment of your superbundll at any time but only of the entire amount due. If you do this any interest that hasn’t yet been incurred will not be payable so try to pay off as early as possible!

When you set up bundll, you will be asked to set up at least one debit or credit card as a funding source, which needs to be either a Visa or Mastercard account. Unless you have already manually made a repayment, all outstanding repayments will automatically be charged to your funding source on the repay day.

Only if you still have an amount outstanding. If you make a full repayment of the amount due on the scheduled due date, then your funding source will not be charged. However, if you make a partial repayment of the amount due on the scheduled due date, your funding source will only be charged the outstanding amount.

Yes. Simply go to the ‘Profile’ section within the app and update your funding source. At this stage, we do not support AMEX, pre-paid cards or non-New Zealand issued Visa and Mastercard cards.

Yes. The digital card operates just like any other debit or credit card. Just add your bundll card to your favourite retailers and subscriptions – like Netflix, Spotify and Uber (international transaction fees may apply).

Yes. We will allow you to link up to 3 credit or debit cards.

Simply, go to the ‘Profile’ section within the app and update your funding source details.

Product Closure

The closure of bundll is due to consolidation of our customer product offerings. Basically, that means we’re narrowing our focus to a few core products and we invite you to look at our other products Q Mastercard and Humm to see if they are right for you.

Any remaining amounts due will be deducted from your Selected Funding Source on each Payment Date. For example, if you have an existing Superbundll with 6 equal payments and you have already made 2 of the 6 payments, then each of the remaining 4 Superbundll payments will fall due on their respective Payment Dates.

Once you repay your pending balance, we’ll close the account and will send you an account closure email. The end of cycle statement after you’ve paid your balance will be your final statement.

If you are experiencing any hardships and are not able to pay on the due date, get in touch with our bundll Customer Service Team on:

bundll buddies

‘Bundll buddies’ is the bundll refer a friend feature. Whenever you refer a friend to bundll, and they sign up, you’ll both receive one extra free snooze which can be used to extend a bundll repayment by 14 days.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer to bundll and there’s no cap on how many free snoozes you can earn.

Credit limits

For bundll the maximum size of your wallet is $1,000 – this limit also covers amounts you may choose to snooze. With superbundll you can access a combined limit of up to $4,000 ($1000 for bundll and $3000 for superbundll).

When bundlls are repaid, whatever amount that you repaid will be added back on to your bundll limit as soon as payment is received. Remember, if you convert a bundll to a superbundll the value of that bundll will also be added back to your bundll limit. Any superbundll repayments will be applied back to your superbundll limit.
